Apraxia Battery for Adults (ABA-2)

The objective scoring system of the ABA-2 provides the clinician with an initial step towards assessing recovery in relation to severity of apraxia.

This individually administered test consists of six subtests that together take about 20 minutes to administer:

1. Diadochokinetic rate
2. Increasing word length
3. Limb apraxia & oral apraxia
4. Latency time & utterance time for polysyllabic words
5. Repeated trials test
6. Inventory of articulation characteristics of apraxia
