The child places their fingers through the loops furthest from the blade, whilst the adult places their fingers through those nearest the blade to assist with placement, guidance and control over the cutting action. Helps teach the opening and closing action of scissors. Can also assist Tremor, Visual Impairment and those with limited motor control.
